This Pannasonic G25 is amazing. Clear, crisp picture. Colours are amazing compared to an LCD. She would never know the difference unless you have seen a plasma. Unfortunately a bad rap got shy Plasmas years ago and people away from you. This model (like others including Samsung) devices have built in the image storage elimination. Follow the break in the first 100 hours and you have nothing to worry about. The sound level arent bad, you probably a surround system anyways so it irrelevant. This image gets better and better, as it in breaks. All shop demos are pretty crappy and usually the Plasmas are on the page.
